Policies


Booking Policy:


  • DAP (Derek Austin Photography) requires payment in full for all sessions prior to securing your date. If payment is not received DAP reserves the right to continue to schedule over you without notification. 


  • Once payment is submitted the client agrees to any and all policies set forth in this document along with the terms and conditions on DAP’s website. 



Reschedule:

  • If payment is submitted and you need to reschedule you must notify DAP as soon as possible. Rescheduling approval is at the sole discretion of DAP and the reschedule date may not be accepted due to DAP’s calendar. You would need to either continue with the previously scheduled day or reschedule for when DAP can accommodate a new session. 



Cancelation:


  • In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents DAP from shooting on a schedule date, a new date will be scheduled. No refunds will be provided under any circumstance. 


  • No refunds will be given under any circumstances if you cancel your session, DAP will reschedule with you for a later date. 


  • No refunds or reschedules will be provided for a no call/no show. 



Refund:


  • Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent cannot be returned; DAP has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY.


  • Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photos”. DAP will schedule a new session at a reduced price to retake photos.
